Change.

I have been infected.
It's spreading & I will never be the same.
I am mutating like Wolverine with his claws coming out of his hands.
yes, i just used that analigy.

What just happend?

...Pretty sure God just changed 100s of lives on a Camp ground in New Zealand in a week.

God messed me up goooooooood.

I am changed.
-& it's so great to think, that i'm always growing & constantly changing but God stays the same.
Everything that used to bound me is broken.
My heart has been made fresh & new.

I've been trying to think about specific things God has done in my life this week, but i seriously can't pin point anything.

& the devil is scared of whats going to happen next!
smack down.

I am not a superhero, I am supernatural.
It's time to go down to my kitchen & open the pantry & get a nice box of supernatural flakes & eat it every morning.
I need Jesus.

To be honest, i'm not actually that tired.
I was kinda senceable with resting & sleeping.
But the last night of camp, the tribal shield needed to be done.
& once everyone had gotten out of the Oosh i started painting, then me & Jess Greer started sharing the wonderful things God had done in our lives over a packed weekend.
What a lovely way to end camp!

It's beautiful how God places people in our lives that will help you grow & enjoy life even more.

R. I. P Kermit the green Echo.
& welcome to (insert name here)- still havn't figured out a name yet.
But it's going to be a good name.
I'm not sure what type it is, but it's light blue, & really spaceous.
hash tag-great car.

It's so good to be home.
I was just chillin at home yesterday.
Then Mum came home & spontaniously decided to go on a roadtrip up to Whangawati.
(don't judge my spelling.)
Shes a bit of a fruit loop sometimes, but i didn't expect that coming haha.
I love my Mum.

Janurary.

It feels strange being on holiday for so long.

i find myself fixing or mending things alot.
this photo frame broke the other week & it has just been sitting there on my floor chilling in pieces.. i don't know why i didn't clean it up sooner.

i just couldn't think of how i could use it for something.
so i finally picked it up & made this:
(i was going to upload a picture i took. but i can't find the cable.)

Now that i have a camera, i've seriously been taking photos of un-nessisary things. not sure when it's going to wear off.

yesterday was real eventful.
after secretly being not calm that i wasn't doing any artwork since i've left school i've been longing to just do something.-so i prayed about it.
-& then someone texted me asking me if i wanted to paint something for Elevate Camp.
excited to see how they are going to turn out!

& when i was driving home in ol good & faithful.
i stopped at an intersection outside the stadium, & someone crashed into me.
didn't see that coming?
i pulled over, not calm, walked up to the man who was at fault, & at the moment i was about to speak, my throat clogged up with tears & all the things i was planning to say to this man dissapeared in a train of lost thought.
the only thing that came out was "are you kidding me?"...
once everything was sorted out, i just started to laugh to myself at the slightly awkard glances i was getting from other cars.
so now, the car is currently unavalible.

hash tag, lovin'life.
but seriously.

sunburn:
the scabs on my face are finally gone.
i don't look like a punk anymore.

pictionary has been one of the words i am really enjoying.
pictionary i will never get sick of you.

when i was
cleaning my
room, i found
out the mirror
that dropped
behind my
washing basket
-was actually
broken.

random.
so i fixed it!
-with string.
hello new mirror.

we have had another dog living at our home for the past couple of weeks.
"Louie."
at first, he drove me crazy.
honestly, i got so not calm at the constant hype that he was in.
then i relised how old he was, & hes still a puppy!
awwwwwwwww.
i like him now.
hes so floppy.
& he likes cuddles. alot
it's funny how your opinion on something can change so quickly after relising something or seing it from a different point of view.

Grand.

Grandparents
are really cool.

Nana & Roy.
Picture them in your head.

Meet Nana:
she has blonde hair up to her cheeks.
she is clean cut, wears simple colours with a random flash of coloured jewelry & always has a small handbag.
she always has a white tissue up her sleeve.
she likes having her hair brushed.

her
favourite
flowers
are
poppies

& has a little mole on the end of he nose.
She is quite conservative, & doesn't really like doing things spontaneously.
i like her very much.

Meet Roy:
Hes the jokester of the family.
hes adventurous.
one of my greatest friends in the world.
he drinks red wine after dinner most nights.
& he likes wearing red or green socks that show when he walks.
he looks normal.
he was a fireman.
he was a photographer.
he was a model.
he watches the track races channel whenever he can, & every time i sit & observe what he does when a race is on- it always makes me laugh.
he gets all fidgety, & all his focus is on the television. he stands up & rocks on his heals back & forth.
he is spontaneous & likes to do things out of the blue.
i like him very much.

Today they came over for lunch.

During lunch, Nana was telling me about how went she was about 22 she got dropped off at the train station, & took the train to Levin, & hitch hiked to Taupo with her best friend...
uh..
i didn't see that coming?
Knowing the side of her now, it's so hard to imagine her doing something like that.

i enjoyed that story.-it was a bit longer than that, but i'm not very good at telling stories.

There is this long curtain in their room, & she finds it hard to pull it from one side of the room to the other.. so she cut it in half & presented to me today with 2 huge halfs of a curtain.
spent literally about 4 hours hemming & sewing slash fixing what she had done while Roy fell asleep on the couch.

it was great!

I am now sitting in my room watching Pinocchio in segments on You Tube, as well as The Storyteller. A childhood classic i used to love so much.
Listening to the stories, & realising the lesions behind these old mainly Irish legends & tales are really strange. really strange.

There is one story that has a woman who wishes to have a child so bad.
"She didn't care if it was a baby made out of marzipan, porridge, or as ugly as a hedgehog."
So she got a hedgehog boy for a child.
You'll have to see it.

I
like
Pictionary.

Mona Lisa.
